Josh is a veteran systems architect and serial entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience designing secure, high-performance infrastructure. As the founder and principal engineer behind SafeStorz, Josh personally architected the custom private-cloud platform powering the company's Cincinnati and Louisville datacenters—including StorzSnap, SafeStorz's proprietary ZFS-based snapshotting and replication framework known for its efficiency and near-instant recovery capabilities.
Before launching SafeStorz, Josh founded and led ERP Suites, a nationally recognized MSP supporting complex ERP environments that he grew into a multi-site, enterprise-focused firm. Known for his hands-on engineering, technical rigor, and ability to translate customer pain points into elegant infrastructure solutions, Josh continues to drive SafeStorz's platform innovation. His entrepreneurial track record and engineering creativity have earned him a reputation as one of the Midwest's most forward-leaning private cloud architects and a foundational force behind SafeStorz's technical excellence.
Scott Pagel
Senior Partner
Sales Engineer
Scott is a seasoned IT strategist and infrastructure leader with deep expertise in secure cloud architecture, enterprise migrations, and end-to-end managed services. As senior partner and operational leader at SafeStorz, he oversees infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity implementation, and technical support delivery across multiple datacenters. Scott's pragmatic approach combines advanced threat protection through Cynet XDR with robust DR/BC architectures, helping businesses optimize their ERP and line-of-business systems while maintaining resilience and rapid responsiveness.
Prior to SafeStorz, he founded Rebel Rousing LLC, an IT consulting firm recognized for strategic problem-solving and cost-saving infrastructure redesigns. Scott is also Founder and Board President of the Global Climbing Initiative, an international nonprofit where his leadership in organizational strategy and sustainable development mirrors the same values that guide his IT work: integrity, clarity, and meaningful impact.

With a background in MSP sales, he brings a sharp, growth-focused approach to every conversation. Casey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2023 and has been in B2B/MSP sales since.
